That’s my token bench for the month. And that’s right, I supersetted bb curls with db curls. I went to put away my bar after the first set of db curls and thought “why not curl this too?” So I did. Nice pump.

Was aiming for RPE 6 on the raw squats, probably more like 7. Pause squats probably undershot a little but I’ve pretty much never done them. I don’t really have a program, just repeating some old stuff.

First time pulling conventional since hell, 2016? Been wanting to switch back because my unlevel floor + sumo kills my knees and I don’t really feel like pouring a bunch of shitty concrete in the middle of my garage and oh, fuck sumo.
