Press- 125x3x5
Front Squats- 220x(5,4), 185x5
Curls- 90x(10, 8, 3)
I've never done front squats before. I started too heavy. Friday is going to be a heavy day for squat/bench/deadlift.

Do you use the clean grip for front squats?
-
Indeed I did. It was difficult to get into position, though, since I could not look down as during a back squat. I watched Rip's video on front squats for form prior to this attempt.

I don't know what was wrong today. Perhaps the 117 degree weather or perhaps this lingering sickness/tiredness that I have been feeling lately was to blame. But... today was a terrible day at the gym. First of all, I didn't squat. Then:
Bench- 180x3, 175x(5,3,3) [Failed at completing a set at 180 and couldn't even tie my PR with a 3x5 of 175.]
Deadlift- 335x5 [I wanted to go for 395x5 today, but I couldn't even lift a single of 365 during my warm-ups... So, I dropped to a set at 335 and that was difficult...]
-
A good day of volume:
Squat- 290x5x5
Bench Press- 170x5x5 [Why is this so easy, yet I struggle with 175 at 3x5? Real question. Please help.]
Deadlift- 335x5x5

1RM Day While In LA:
Squat- 350
Bench- 190
Deadlift- 440
(Was competing with a friend here for fun. He won with a 995 total.)

My arms suck. Chest, rather. Whatever:
Bench- 175x(5,5,5,5,4)... [Missed the last rep. Gah...]
Deadlift- 395x5
Curls- 90x(10,6,3)... [Disappointing...]

Yesterday:
Bench- 175x5x5
Deadlift- 405x3 [The last 2 reps out of 5 were not very clean. I'm not sure if I should count them. A failing grip was the culprit, I think. I'll reattempt x5 soon. I have included a video.]

Lat Pull Downs: 130x3x10

Yesterday:
Squats- 325x3x5 [I've been lazy and and been skipping out on heavy 3x5 squats. I'm back in the game and tied my PR to get things started again.]
Bench- 180x3x5 [PR. Finally...]
