Thanks! I have been using the EZ bar for curls. Is the straight bar better?

Meh I dunno. Any type of bar hurts my wrists so I do dumbbells only. You can try it and see how it feels.

Yesterday:
Squat- 375x1
Bench- 205x1
Deadlift- 455x1

I have been out of the gym for awhile due to school. Monday:
Bench- 175x5x5 (I had no spotter, so I didn't dare to try a 3x5 PR...)
Deadlift- 415x3 (I had planned to do 5, but I will have to work up to it again due to this break...)

Wednesday:
Squat- Warm-ups, 315x1, 355x0, 355x2, 315x5 [I was unstable on my first 355 attempt and fell forward into the rack. I had to force it up and over the pegs to re-rack it. This occurrence and some addition instability on my 2nd rep on my re-attempt left me with only a 355 double PR where I think a triple should have been attainable.]
Press- 140x3x3 [I don't understand why I couldn't do 3x5...]
