Knocked this out a day early because there's a pretty good chance I won't have time to lift tomorrow. The extra rest would've been nice, and there were a dozen other things I could've done differently to have had a better night, but this still wasn't awful by any means.
To put it in context, if I had hit all of these in a meet I would have to totaled 1077.5, and I weighed 228 this morning. My last meet, in December, was 1063@~231; my best meet, last March, was 1085@~231.
Anyway -
Squat 390x1x4
Wanted 5 but it wasn't there; failed the 5th about halfway up. Still a volume PR.
Bench 280x1x3
Wanted 5, but after 3 I knew it wasn't there so I just shut it down before failing anything.
Deadlift 387.5x1, 407.5x1, 387.5x1
Yeah, deadlifts. Testing next week. If I'd tested tonight, I definitely wouldn't have come close to a PR. So we'll see how it goes.

Quick and easy over lunch. Plan to have a test / mock meet day on Saturday. I'm leaning towards switching up my programming for a bit starting next week, but I'm still not 100% convinced yet. This run at TM seems to be working great, but it's getting harder and harder to find the time to fit everything in. I'd also like to add more conditioning work and that's usually the first thing to go when I'm pressed for time.
Did some quick and easy conditioning yesterday afternoon, but nothing worth logging about.

If I hit these in a real meet it'd be an 1100lb total @ 230 - a 15lb squat PR, ~tied bench PR, and 15lb total PR, all at a lower bodyweight. I'm pretty frustrated by the deadlift though.
Squat 365x1, 385x1, 400x1
A 2.5lb PR. It went up fairly easy. I was tempted to try 405-410, but didn't want to push it.
Bench 265x1, 280x1, 290x1
290 would've been red lighted for the pause, but I definitely had more here too.
Deadlift 385x1, 420x1, 440x0x2
420 was easy. 440 didn't budge. I tried again with straps, but it still wasn't there.
Power Clean 185x1, 200x0, 195x1
Nothing special. Misloaded 195 the first time. Fixed that and went for it again and got it, but the rack was terrible - it killed my wrists and shoulders.
Press 165x1, 195x1, 205x0
195 was easy. 205 wasn't quite there.
