I did some reading and that whole redpill business went from pathetic-funny to kind of scary. 2. 1lb baked chicken covered in some sort of mystery sauce and a few pieces fried chicken (cafeteria just got a deep fryer and they maxing the shit out of it)
3. 6 meatballs with BBQ sauce (pre-workout)
4. 100g whey in water
5. 8oz cereal + 16oz milk
Today:
1. 50g whey in water
2. 1lb lean ground beef + 1lb asparagus
3. 100g whey in water + 20g sugar (pre/intra-workout)
4. Chipotle: brown rice, pinto beans, fajita veggies, double chicken, and one of all the toppings except lettuce and hot sauce
5. 4oz smoked salmon + bit of cheese
