    Today, R. Santana was in town. He watched my squats and yelled at me appropriately. Then we drank bourbon and watched The Big Lebowski. Oh, I did 410x5x5. Pretty well, too. I only knee-slid (slood?) on 2 of the 25 reps.

    I'm a bit late with this.

    Box squats, 315x4x5
    TNG bench 364x5x3 or 4. Can't remember.
    Push press 185x7x3
    Pullovers 140x10x3.

    My wife is out of town, leaving me with all the kid duties. Training is being stuck in where I can.

    I've been splitting workouts apart, since the wife is away.

    Power Cleans, various, working on form, nobody needs to see these. I don't even want to see them. My coach saw them.

    starting strength coach development program
    Still training, just a little busy and forgetting to log.

    I've been busy with finals and the Christmas rush, but I have still been training.

    Squats 427.5x5x5. It was supposed to be 430, but I forgot a plate. The video is up on instagram @karlssc. I thought these were decent, even though Steve Hill yelled at me. I'm working on the knees, Steve! Really! They're better than they were!
    Bench: 345x5x3, then migraine, then did 4s. 345x4x3.
    Press: 185x5x4, 185x4. Cuts kill presses. Fortunately, I'm eating again.
    Chins, BW+42.5. 6x5.

    Not bad.

    That was for Friday.
