Halting deadlifts. 475x2. It was supposed to be 5. damn deadlift. Grr. 375x2x3 full deadlift.
Press: 219x2x7. BW is 215, incidentally, so these are pretty good.
    Box squat 340x5x3 easy peasy.

    A day after yesterday's crapfest.

    Bench Press: 385x2x7 no problem.
Then, some fun overload slingshot work: 462.5x1x2, surprisingly easy. 432.5x3, x2
    Squat 380x5x3

    Deadlift 395x5x2
Bench press TNG 400!x2x7 Something of a milestone, ordinary work sets at 400. It's not too heavy. Last rep took about 20 seconds to lockout.
Pin press overhead: 246x3x3, x1 fail.
    Chinups +35lbs x5x5

I eventually just had him doing air squats for the balance practice. Meanwhile my 13yo daughter who has never expressed an interest came out and picked up 135 off the floor a few times and seemed proud of herself. Reading this reminded me I should get them out there again.

Congrats on the 400 lb bench work sets.

    Bench shmench. It's easy.

    Deload week!
    Squats: 395x5x2 felt like death.
Bench Press: 385x2x7. I had to drive to piano lessons in the middle of this. These were paused.
    CGBP: 365x2x6

Deadlift 425x5 Lost my hook grip after rep 3. I used straps for 4 and 5. Shouldn't need this. Must work on the hook.
    Box squat 305x5x2

    Presses tomorrow.

    Presses:

    220x2x7

    Then today:
    Squat 345x5x2 deload.
    Bench press 395x2x7
Slingshot bench: 465x1x2 easy, 435x3, x2. I was supposed to do 5 singles, but these were light.

    Deadlift: 365x5x2
    Weighted chins: 37.5x5x5
Bench: 402.5x2x6. These were heavy. I thought I wasn't going to get set 3, but then it got easier. Sometimes it's weird like this.
    Pin presses: 250x2x5

FYI, I used your 460 lb squat video from Facebook today, and it helped my Dad with his own knee-sliding. It's not perfect yet, but it's better. Thanks.

    Awesome.

I suppose I should get back to logging.
