Box Squats in the morning 390x6x2.
Presses in the evening: 224x2x5. These seem to be progressing ok.

Presses in the evening: 224x2x5. These seem to be progressing ok.
Today was deadlift singles, non-sumo.
490--I missed the first time because my hands slipped. I reinforced my hook, took a deep breath, and got 490. then, 500, 510, 520. I loaded up 565 just in case, and tugged on it for a good 5 seconds. It might have moved a little bit off the floor, so that was encouraging.
Bench Press: 355x3x6
Chinups + 40: 5x5
Moar bench press:
345x2x6 3ct pause.
Slingshot: 440x2, 405x2x2
Press lockouts, forehead height: 257x1x5.
Heavy squat singles: 450, 460, 470, 480. 470 was pretty good, 480 had a little bit of knee slide, but nothing like it used to be.
Squats 405x3x4
Deficit deadlift: 405x3x4
Bench Press Paused 335x5x5
CGBP yellow slingshot 340x3x6
Not a bad day's work.
Box Squat 400x3x4. I don't like these.
Press: 225x2x5. These are about 7lbs above bodyweight.
