Ready to start logging again. I started a new job, had a kid, and moved twice in the last year so things have been hectic. Still managed to train but havnt made any quality progress. I'm going to be training for a powerlifting meet until July and then im going to take it easy and casually olympic lift with modest goals. Id like to total 1500 at this meet at the end of June and then I'd be satisfied and ready to focus on weightlifting which I really do enjoy more.

The rack at work is fucked, cant set up properly so these were harder then they should have been. didnt do 5x5 because the rack was so bad.
Pause front squats. up to 275x3 pretty easy.
Snatch pulls 315x3x3

Clean and Jerk up to 335 lbs for a new PR. Havnt trained it in a while so I was pretty happy.
Just dicked around with a few squats and clean pulls after that.
