    It is a lot of volume! I've been able to keep track of the reps by just counting in my head. I also have trouble with five, especially when the intensity is higher. In those instances, I count out loud.

    Moved up our bench work due to scheduling conflicts.

    Side note: my back is sore from Sunday's DLs. Just a little discomfort, but thought I'd note it anyway. It will remind me to make sure I set my back correctly. I'm going to have two days off in a row. I was going to try to make it to the gym today and do some conditioning, but getting there on the bus is a pain, and I'd just rather avoid the hassle. I'll mow the lawn, do some weeding, and call it good.

    Mowed the lawn yesterday and got some weeding done. I broke a sweat, so I'll count it as conditioning.

    Weighed 133.6 today....almost to my target weight. Wop!! Trying to remain calm, but the pre-meet jitters are starting to set in.

    APF/AAPF Summer Bash, August 3rd. Only three and half weeks out. I make sure to get nervous well in advance. HAHA

    I worked up to 115 on my warm up and decided to call it. My back is being weird and I don't want to make things worse for myself.

    I was programmed to bench on Friday, but decided to get it done on Thursday (we made other plans for our Friday night.) Gotta live a little. LOL

    100X5 @ 9.5
    105X2 @ 10 - (I moved to a different bench for the second set and loaded the bar wrong.)
    100X4 @9.5
    I'm feeling good about my bench so far.

    Rough. Program called for 3 reps per set. I'm really struggling with the heavy weights. I'm so much more tired. I need to sleep a lot more when doing heavy weights. It does not help that I'm eating at a deficit.
