Wow, thanks guys. From my point of view, the rehab process has been mostly annoying and occasionally a little scary, but "inspiring" never came to mind.

CGBP: 200 x 8 x 3
Bent-over row: 185 x 10,8
*Skittles called me for depth on the second rep. Whatever, it's light day, and Skittles is a bastard.
1/12/14:
Squat: 325 x 5 x 3. Getting hard, these.
Bench: 232.5 x 5 x 2, 4(f) x 1. Knew I should have switched to 3's. Bad sleep last night too.
Chin-up challenge: + 75 x 5 x 5, + 75 x 4
