    I was worried about depth, I took off sweats and donned some shorts and it looked better. Never got called on depth but with sweats on the squat looked higher.

    220x2x6 sets such is easy bench

    After work
    Squat 45x10,135x5,225x4,325x1,405x1 comp belt and old Titan sleeves
    438x2x3sets
    Harder than it should be, could be transition to more specific loading ..Could be fatigue too. This is a coast session, supposed to be recovering from the volume overload events.


    Squat overload 585x3sets walk out and 10 second hold. Getting easier.

    Played around with hack squats concentric only dropped to my sand and decomposed granit play pit out back.
    135x5x3. kept it light just playing with it. Just some extra movement after the squat doubles for my sanity.

    I am Supposed to be using concentric only assistance to reduce stress load as I transition but my shoulders feel better when I do pull-ups and chin-ups so did a few.

    Note of interest.
    Sleep has been good, but occasional weird dreams and I sometimes wake from a dream with a systemic feel of vibrations that are not there.
    Time to eat and sleep.
    I am Also fighting minor cold the past week or so.

    How has the shoulder been holding up in general? It seems like you're able to get in good amounts of bench volume. Any lasting effects that you can tell from the surgery or has it all been good?

    Mechanically it is good, being able to move and undergo training pain free I would call the procedure a success. Occasionally I upset some scar tissue and get some inflammatory discomfort, usually it is because I did something dumb. The stronger and more mass I build around the shoulder the more reliable I perceive it.
    I trust it more than my unrepaired side.
