When possible, and schedule allows I prefer it. Today was a really easy planned day anyway, splitting it made it easy to focus on that lift, crispness and form knowing all I had was two ,work sets and I would be done. I admit this mornings presses were not pleasant. Y elbows were angry and I had fatigued, yet despite not wanting to they went easily.
These were 10 and 15 minute sessions respectively, including warmups and checking on my sisters flooded house on Facebook and answering work calls. This is splitting days into more frequent days and splitting that split into a split day...so it's like a quarter of a three day split full body workout, a joke, but I am adding volume thinking it's a joke this way. Like eating an elephant...
