Comp squat with belt and blu rehbands
    30 minute window

    135x5,225x4,315x1
    Add belt and sleeves
    405x1
    475x1
    405x6
    365x6x3

Meh..that was stupid as far as accumulating a lot of tonnage in a short time but the slight increase in workset intensity was nice for some variation which may have been needed mentally .. now back to the more effective rpe 6-7ramge..Today I got winded due to rpe 8 and a near 9 experience at 405. Keeping the single at the easy to load 475 for a while And try to do smart work that fits in this window.

Taking a low stress week. Keeping up the intensity but dropping to two work sets per movement this week. This is a proactive recovery week rather than Waiting to be reactive.

RDLS first rep was a SLDL from the ground
    135x8,225x8
    325x8,335x8

    Bbl rows
    225x10x2
Getting the hang of the movement again and doubled my reps.

Deadlift in flat shoes and belt
    135x2x2,225x2,315x2
    405x1

Meh..I thought I would warmup to a second meet attempt and see if I was capable of a pr.. (;if I felt I could get it I would have loaded 570)I didn’t think so today so I just did a back off set of 6. I guesse I need a transitional period of heavier reps at slower speeds to be prepared for a pr attempt. Just not tuned to the skill pulling @8s ormless but no need to in the near term.
I am glad I didn’t try. It’s good to be able to pull within 15 to 20 pounds off a pr on any day and not grind or fail. I also haven’t pulled in flats since November. I have also been working on getting rid of the hip rock.i think I pull in a better position without it.

Thanks.. even though I am under a lot of stress, this gives me confidence that I am still building on top of my base.. can’t train and recover perfect all the time but can’t be 20something recovery wise either. I miss the youth pass.

Have to work 6 days a week 15 hours a day..not sure if you need to find a new position, maybe move? Youth pass! I used to get away with some stupid shit under similar circumstances..we are playing the top 2/3 retention and new blood rule at work.
Three day weekend starts now, catching up.
