Squat 4x5 @ 250 - 5 minutes
Bench 5x5 @ 215 - 5 minutes
Chins 3x15 BW - 4 minutes
Ordered some C4 preworkout gainzZz. I was doing 4 day TM split recently and switched back to a 3 day template. I felt like recovery wasn't as good on the 4 day TM.

Notes: Thought I was squeezing my back up on deadlifts but upon further review no bueno. Really going to have to work on that. Actually grilled for the first time yesterday believe it or not. Made up some chicken breasts and starting to dial in the diet.

Notes: First day of classes, diet has been off but squat felt pretty easy, still struggling with hip drive. I may just have to give up on hip drive cause I think my back is mostly taking a beating. The press was kind of a grind but it also was at 3x5 the other day. First time doing weighted chins in a while. I usually can get those 3x8 but also had a little different set up as well. (climbing on box with weight belt around me to reach chin up bar)

Deadlift 1x5 300 double overhand - back still not staying straight. Going to try and wrap the thumbs w/ some athletic tape next time I hear that works well. My thumbs turn white during the set. Ouchie

Notes: pretty good, press was a grind as expected so I'll probably have to stick it out on 130 for a bit.
