I decided to pull the amount of weight I've lost. That got tough quickly.
1.5 hour mobility class- I needed that!!
Oh, I hope so! :-) There is evidence here and there that things are all ok. Haha!

Week of chill out and get my head straight for the run to Nationals

45 double unders (I gave up on those in round 2 and did 135 single unders)
Reflections-
My squat went very well. That makes me happy about things.
That workout was not very fun, but I got some cardio in and I need to keep my BW down. But I'm clearly in better shape than I have been.

I ran out of ideas, so I just did this. It seemed better than any other related supplemental ides.

I had someone counting for me, so those were hard. It's the 3 count ascent that kills me every time. My brain is screaming-Get out of the hole, GOOOOOOO!

225x5x3 The wonderful person counting for me is the slowest counter in the world. 1..................2.................. :-)
