Squat:
345x4
370x4
395x4
405x4*
405x4
365x1x2
Didn't think 405 was in the cards today based on a grueling work week with crappy eating, and the fact that I didn't have a large breakfast beforehand. But 395 went up so well that I figured it was worth a try...especially since I'm technically doing RPE to determine my workset. I video'd the first 405x4 set, and it looks like the first two reps were a smidge high (hence the asterisk). So I repeated. Although my camera stopped recording right as I started the second 405 set, SSC Jerome W was watching depth like a hawk, and said there was no question on the second set.
Needless to say, was spent after the last 405 set...just wasn't feeling it for backoff sets so I did two singles instead and called it a day.
Crappy press:
95x5
115x5
135x5, 4
Were it not for the small breakfast, I probably could have gone 5 for 3 sets across. Oh well.

Was on the lam for about a week with a bad lat strain...tried to squat last weekend, but 385 was too painful. On top of that, been burning a lot of midnight oil over the last week, so day expectedly turned out to be a mixed bag.
Squat:
345x4
375x4
405x4...harder than previous 405s, but still made it...pleasant surprise
370x4
DL:
365x4
415x4...these were more of a struggle than they should have been
Isometric bent over row:
455

Squat:
350x4
380x4
410x2, 2
375x4
Given that I was up past 2am nearly every day this past week, I'll take it.
Pause bench:
185x4
205x4
215x4
3 min rest periods on account of gym closure...might have been able to do two wheels if I did a proper rest period. Still...definitely lost a bit of strength on this.
