I'm curious what affect you've seen strength training have on your vertical. I assume you probably started out with a pretty good vertical, but I'd be interested to hear how it's come along and what sorts of things seemed to help most.
Best Belts is great! I also have a really stiff Inzer which I think I like better when the weight gets heavy for me.
Actually there was a point where I had SVJ in the low 20's. I noticed the biggest improvement when I started getting my legs strong and played pick-up basketball two or three times a week. The strength training helped a lot but I got probably 75% of the benefit in the first couple months. I think playing a sport like basketball helps a lot. If you're grinding out reps that's gonna have a negative effect on your jumps even if it's just temporary.
