I think I strained my biceps flexing in the mirror this morning (srs). I've had issues with the biceps tendons too. I know why this happens and I know how to fix this I just get lazy with the re/prehab. Part of the training process is teasing out the things I can do better. Trying to learn something about nutrition too. I just started a ketogenic diet and I want to get very lean to peak my jumping. In the mean time I'm trying to just have fun in the weight-room. I'm going to do a DL-only meet in the spring so after I make some progress with the dunks I'll be focusing on the DLs again. Just came off a 2.5 month period of squats that culminated with 300x14 and I'm pretty sick of the movement right now. Training sessions forthcoming.
