    Notes- I feel like i could have gone more with the squat but i didn't want to murder myself.

    Bench- 175 x 5 180 x 5 190 x 6
    Wide grip Pull- up 15 12 13
    Front squat-145 x 5 145 x 5 145 x 5

    notes- I decided to go with front squat earlier in the week simply because i dont feel like doing shit after deadlifts, i did feel like shit yesterday but i'm getting ready for some deadlifts tomorrow.

    Belt less squats- 215 x 5 225 x 5 235 x 5
    Press- 115 x 5 125 x 5 135 x 7
    Deadlift- 250 x 5 270 x 5 290 x 10
    Behind the head crunch - 20 x 10 20 x10 20 x 10

    Notes- I felt a little more left in the tank on the dead lifts but i didn't to kill myself to the point where i couldn't train tonight, my weight as of the moment is sitting around 177.5. Losing about a .5/ 1 pound a week so far so good.

    Notes- seriously felt like shit on this day and felt like i hardly had anything to eat and completely out of the zone, I felt like a could have went for a couple more on the squat but i didn't feel like it.Tonights bench press ready throw some weight around!

    Notes- Felt about the same that day, trying to get ready for the deadlifts and press tonight. lets do this!

    Notes- Thought i'd take it easy, i felt like i could have gotten more on the deadlift. I also got my numbers mixed up on the press i eneded up doing 135 for 6 when i was supposed to do 130 but i'll take it! got heavy skwwwats today lets goooooooooo

    Notes- i couldn't get squats in i was in rush. I'll definitely hit them tonight along with some pressing and deadlift!!

    Notes- Since its deload week I'm going in with no music, no hype and going light on every single lift. I feel like i mentally need it right now but next week i will be ready to hit it hard again.
