It's a good time to sit back and realize you've got nothing left to prove, Lou. I know you, and I know you'll find a path forward with your training (forward being the only direction we can aim to go if we're actually training), but right now, get healthy and stay that way for a while, will ya?!

Jeesh! Sorry you have to wait til October to get the shoulder fixed. You could see if they have a wait list and if someone drops off, maybe you can get in earlier. Believe me, you will feel way better after it is fixed and not have to get periodic injections. Good luck Lou! You'll be back!

The wait is due to the 3 month protocol from last cortisone injection due to risk of infection

There's nothing I can say that hasn't been said, but my thoughts are with you man. Stay healthy, heal up and be safe. I'll see you in a couple of weeks!

I resurrected my old log. it is now Lou Tuch.

reading through the last few months of my training leading up to surgery was a bit weird.

6years have gone by I finally started to get back in lifiting at the end of a long rehab in early 2018. then came Covid.

    Good to be back.

    see what happens.
