    well i haven't posted **** in a while lol.

    just competed a couple weeks ago and did pretty terribly. 570/370/606 oh well. back to off season training

    mon:
    squat 365 4x5 no belt
    rdl 315 3x10
    lat pull down 200 2x10

    tues:
    cgbp 275 4x5
    dips bwx10, +50x10, +25 2x10
    lte 70x10, 80 3x10

    thurs:
    tempo squat 315 12x2 no belt
    deadlift 405 2x5 no belt
    lat pulldown 170x10, 200x10, 170 2x10

    fri:
    tempo bench 235 10x3
    press 115x10, 145x10, 115 2x10
    tricep push down 4x10
