    bench wasn't there today. idk where im screwing up but i am not on track as far as bench goes

    bench: 310x2,2. 275 2x5
    high bar squat: 335 2x8
    accesories: incline db 80x12, lat pull down 160x15

    no, just knee sleeves and belt. im not incorporating wraps unless im prepping for a meet. i see no point in doing so aside boosting my ego. next one is in september so wraps won't be thrown on until late july or august
