Bench: worked up to 275x3 w/pause @8RPE, 250x10 w/pause @9 on the way down.

I'm starting a new log in hopes of keeping up with it. I have high hopes of being more active with the SS community online. I just passed the coaching cert, and Rip suggested kicking it on the forum more frequently.
Right now I'm training for Boss of NorCal at Dan Green's gym in Mountain View CA in late May, Nor Cal Open at Midtown Barbell in in Sacramento in late June, and USAPL Raw Nationals this year in October.

5x5x235, these were at 7 or lower RPE

I was hoping to do my down set at 405 for a good set of ten. I'm guessing that's around 75% of my 1RM right now, but I got gassed and dizzy even though the bar felt light. I'm not conditioned for reps like that right now. Everything else went pretty smoothly.
