    40 total, using 4 different grips. had an epiphany that when my bench was at its strongest I wasn't really doing any rows, just obsessively doing high volumes of pull ups.

    I have often wondered this myself.

    For starters, it has opened M-T's eyes to the unexpected oddity as to how a strength-training community can boast so many 'active' members who don't actually lift any weights.
