Bench - 295-3, 305-4, 320-2, - No shoulder issues today. Did the program exactly.
DB rows - 85-15, 95-10, managed to squeeze a couple of 5's onto my biggest dumbbell to make it 95
Press - 205-4,5, - added 2 reps from last 205 press workout
Chins with 45lbs - OH - 3,5, UH - 5,5
Had a decent workout today. Next workout Monday after Christmas to work off some of that Turkey dinner!
