    Thanks Oldster! All that bench volume is paying off, plus I think my 1RM is maybe 10 pounds above that so did it knowing it wouldn't be a bone on bone lift.

    I think fatigue has caught up with me. Today everything felt heavier than it should so I cut the workout short.

    I'm ready for a deload...
