    Ah, I think the USAPL commented they would be allowed, but not at national level meets. Fuck em, Mark Bell sucks anyway (minus the slingshot, which is pretty sweet).

    In Saturday's meet, I got 585/315/525, and failed 600/325/540. .

    - Figure out what the fuck is up with logos, because all of my t-shirts have something like WKU RUGBY on them and all of the singlets I've looked up, that are ostensibly on that accepted list, have a logo on them.
    Wear them inside out. or buy a tight as fuck crew neck t shirt that you wear under your singlet only (nothing worse than a baggy t shirt under a singlet)

    - Figure out if the knee high socks I wore for Rugby are high enough to be legal for the deadlift
    Probably are

    - Figure out if my socks have to be on that fucking list
    Socks are all legal (for now)

    I'll be logging all the workouts here as a Christmas gift/punishment for you all.

    Standing Press: 3x5 165 lbs
    Chin Ups: 3x8 I am teh fat.
