*tons of fatigue today, so i decreased some sets. wow i feel tired, not completely recovered from volume day. next week im going to reduce volume day sets to 4.

squat - 365x3x2
bench press - 277x3x2
DL - 385x3, hook
everything felt great. hook grip still a little painful as you can see by the video and the stupid faces i make
6-9 (last week of texas method, i think)

much better today than last weeks R day, think the reduction in volume day helped

mixed feelings, first time ever squatting 400, but failed on the 425 pull. weird bc 405 went up so easy, i think it was bc my wife was rushing the hell out of me to get done and watch the kids so i didnt take enough break. anyways, TM did its job and got me stronger, now look forward to something new. BW=224, still not sure about what weight class to go for the fall open.
