    - lunges:

    These will be good for the glutes and overall stability on farmer's walks and yoke walks.

    Should do them on Monday and hyperextensions on Thursday.

    Something like that. Made a 50 kg & 60 kg sandbags at home and carried them from one low wall to another. 50 kg was ok but 60 kg put pressure on my solar plexus and that made it hard to carry.
