    Wanted 10 sets, but my right hip was getting tight.

    - db press:
    3 x 10 x 15 kg

    Slight change in the program. Decided to do more pressing.

    - farmer's walk:
    2 x 20 m x 60 kg
    6 x 20 m x 65 kg

    Good speed. I can increase the weight to 70 kg.

    PR! I could have pushed for 110 kg, but the bar was slipping from my shoulders and I didn't want to apply chalk, so I left it at 107.

    - deficit deadlift:
    6 x 120 kg
    2 x 6 x 125 kg

    Touch and go. I felt the last set in my quads and lats.

    - farmer's walk:
    4 x 20 m x 65 kg
    4 x 20 m x 70 kg

    The speed was really good today. Last set of farmer's took about 7 seconds. I'm good for 6 working sets on farmer's before my speed drops and my shins get sore.

    My all time best was 3 x 175 kg. I need to keep working on my leg drive, hamstrings, abs and lower back.

    2 x 6 x 127.5 kg

    2" deficit.

    - SSB goodmorning:
    3 x 8 x 60 kg

    I like these. It was wet outside so I skipped farmer's.
