Hi Jerry. I have cut weight successfully at times with various strategies. What has been the most enjoyable is the 5/2, which is all i use now. 2 days of starving, and the rest of the days you can enjoy any food you fancy. They say that in the fast period, the body rumages around for any junk to consume, so your blood profile improves.my BP goes up if I gain weight. Recently my Dr. told me he wanted to get me on Lipitor because my CHL numbers were a little high. I did refuse, I will try to watch what I eat.
