    Are you logging these on the exact days you lift?

    It would seem you had a better day after your 2 day rest (3-10)?

    maybe some fatigue is dissipating there. . . . .

    No, I lifted 3/9, I just logged it after midnight so it was 3/10. I trained later in the day and was well fed and had a nap before my lifts.

    The training session from hell! Almost puked and passed about but we did it. I knew it was going to be hard going in and I only missed one rep today which I think is a win.
