    Happy to be back at 3 plates for volume. Deadlifts were wonky and didn't get 5 today, although I did a full bro workout on Saturday. We'll see how it goes next week.

    Adductor feeling pissed off. Did some back off rehab type stuff, felt more like tendonitis than anything. Coach will help me out.
