Return to training LP
W3 D1
Squat 225x5x3
Press 125x5x3
Deadlift 285x5
Notes: need to slow down on increasing the press because I struggled today. I screwed up on deadlift and didn’t check my log so I repeated 285.

Mission accomplished folks. 4 weeks from 135 to 305/ 195/ 385 without paralyzingly myself with soreness. Yes, I could run the program and push these up another 50lbs bit that doesn’t align with my goals at the moment.
These weights listed are in the groove for productive training. Time to add volume and maintain frequency then taper and set prs.
Back to normal block training for this cat which I log in written books and spreadsheets. I’ll check back in to post cool workouts (which will be rare).
Here are my current prs

Thanks. Oh to be 33 again!

Life got in the way again late last year, got married, moved houses, honeymoon, sickness, and new responsibilities as a husband.
Started back at 135 for all lifts and added 20 lbs a workout. Starting to enter regular lp from there
