Do you have a blender? Easiest way to get in a bunch of calories without having to eat. I have a Vitamix.
Yes blender. Unfortunately the chemo can kill taste buds among other things. All tastes and smells are vile. It’s supposed to go away and probably is but it’s painfully slow. For awhile, bottled purified water tasted and smelled like ozone. All eating and drinking has been by will, not desire.
I have been able to get at least a scoop of flavored protein down a day, sometimes 2.
What’s weird and worth pondering is that so many people struggle with overeating. I get it, but I’m more cynical lately.

Intentional light day. My goal is to continue LP as long as possible, but don’t know if I can until eating gets stable. Maybe soon?
