    Conditioning - HIIT

    Airdyne/treadmill intervals for 27 minutes

    **Got my labwork back and my T levels were in the normal range for 40 yr old dude, just below 400. Prolactin was on the upper range and so was the liver enzymes which is strange since i dont drink alcohol. Anyways, waiting for the interpretation from the doc...

    notes: squats and bench were easy and light. not much going on today

    Intensity Day


    Squat - 375 x 5
    descending a little too fast and losing a small amount of tightness. Possibly raising chest too early. Reps went fine but they were a little slow. i think the weight is just getting heavy and there is not much i can do about that

    Press - 170 x 5
    these went fine. still have some room to spare

    DL - 405 x 5, 325 x 5 x 2 SLDL
    top set was tough like always but i thought i did pretty good and they went better than i expected. SLDL are helping my low back strength, staying pretty flat, with some thoracic rounding at the top but otherwise solid. back off sets were stiff legs


    notes: tough session, maybe tougher than my volume day. max sets on lower body are just mentally draining. but thats what makes you strong and gives you mental fortitude. will keep on with 5s for now

    Thanks Eric! I was able to do this once earlier this year but with straps. I am 20 pounds away from tying a PR

    Volume Day


    Squat - 345 x 5 x 5
    7 min rest between sets. first 3 sets easy, last 2 getting harder

    Bench Press - 250 x 5 x 5
    bench is flying, easy as last time....for some reason the lower frequency on bench is not affecting me negatively in any way yet.


    notes: Good sunday morning session in the garage. weighed 238 on the scale with clothes on. I have to go in to work today to cover for some bimbo that made up some excuse to not come in. fun...
