Oh yeah baby, the old man is coming back! I bought some new knee wraps, Serious Steel, and they are perfect. 2.5 m and can self wrap and they really hold my knees in place. No knee pain at all.

The slingshot takes the place of my rotator and stabilizes the shoulder. The pain is incredible just coming off the chest. The slingshot relieves the pain. It is what it is. Once the bar is 2-3 inches off the chest, the slingshot is useless. I wish powerlifting had pin overhead press rather than bench. I can overhead press but the top of the clean hurts my shoulder so much more. You don't have to clean and then lie down to do bench, so therefore pin press!
