How to reset on transition to Texas Method
Suppose squat workouts went like the following for a third stall on linear progression
290 x 5,5,5
295 x 5,5,5
300 x 5,5,4
300 x 5,5,4
300 x 5,5,4
What about shooting for 300 on the first TM week's Friday?
270 x 5,5,5,5,5
215 x 5,5,5
300 x 5
275 x 5,5,5,5,5
220 x 5,5,5
305 x 5
Would that count as the recommended 10% reset since the first TM Monday is 10% lower than the stall?
[No I'm not squatting that much or switching squats to TM yet. I do want to understand how the transition works.]
