Chin-ups on Volume Day
Hey guys, just hit my volume day on TM it is as follows
Squat 315 5x5
Bench Press 211 3x5
Deadlift 410 1x5
Chin-ups BW 5,5,5,5,5,4
My bench is still on a linear progression, adding a pound every time. What is everyones experience with alternating Weighted and BW chin-ups. Last week I did them with 35lb for 3x5. This week I'm experimenting doing sets of 5 on a minute of rest. I aimed for 30 this workout, I got 29. I was thinking of doing this for every time I do BW and just increase the number of sets. Any thoughts?
