After linear progression is over.
After I'm done with the novice program what is the best program to hop on if my goals are to keep getting stronger (not at such a fast pace as TM) but with more volume and accesories? I know that getting stronger is important but I have energy and want to spend more time in the gym whether its doing twice as much pullup volume or 'bro' exercises.

Probably some sort of Heavy - Light or one lift a day program type 4-day split. Example:
Monday - Bench + Light Press + Chest/Shoulder/Tricep stuff
Tuesday - Squat + Light Deadlift Variant + Back stuff
Thursday - Press + Light Bench Variant + Chest/Shoulder/Tricep stuff
Friday - Deadlift + Light Squat or squat variant + Back stuff
