I don't use the app, but the Program usually has one or two sets of five for warmups, tapering down to singles to the last warmup.
I do these warmups, then 3x3. Seems to work fine.
Forgive me if this is somewhere else or if I should be posting this somewhere else, but I spent some time with the search function and couldn't find an answer. The app told me its time to power clean, but it's set up for warmups doesn't seem to make sense. Do people really do sets of 5 to warm up and then sets of 3 for work sets? Am I missing something?

I do 3's all the way up for the power clean. I don't see a need to taper down to singles as I warm up because the power clean has such a high technique component I don't want to pass up on those extra reps. Plus the total weight is low relative to the slow lifts so I'm not concerned about impacting recovery.
