Hi I have the barbell prescription Kindle book and I noticed that the hlm section looked more in depth than in Pp3, I was just wondering is the content in barbell prescription I. Hlm section explicitly different or is it equally applicable to a non master's lifter.
Thank you to all who take the time out to read and or respond

The HLM stuff is certainly applicable to lifters of just about any age. No program in the book is necessarily meant to be used set for set, rep for rep by any one individual. Try to see what the program is trying to accomplish and make the details suit your own situation.

I have PPST and BB Prescription and BBP has more suggestions for progression through an HLM and you can also use the progression models in the TM section on your HLM. Has worked quite well for me.
