A low FODMAP diet is usually prescribed for stuff like that. I had similar issues and was told to try it. I never did but just throwing it out there as that’s what my GI docs told me to try.
There are times when i am training and espacially during the squat, when i am taking a big breath and hold it there is gases in my stomach. Is that somehow related to what i am eating before training? I remember i ate hamlet and rice cripes hour before the workout and the sensention in the stomach was horrible.

High protein diets, especially with lots of dairy, are the formula for spectacular flatulence.
Use the toilet before you train.
