Light day
Today i broke my 5rm pr for the squat 125 kg 3x5, after a reset, but the weight starts feeling really heavy. I think its time to add the light day in finelly, but if i am adding him next workout, it will be the last workout for the week. Is it fine if i will go light on Thusday, hit 127.5 on friday and then go light mid week from there every session?

I'm not sure I understood the Q. I don't know your workout days. But hey, you wanted an answer within 24 hours it seems, and you didn't get one - so you already did whatever you did anyway.
