i just tested positive for covid and cant do my volume day tonight. unfortunately i had to miss a week two weeks ago also due to illness.
im hoping ill be ok by Friday, but should i just do the the same intensity day lifts from last Friday? e.g. i squatted 170kg for 5 reps so do i just stay on that?
There will be individual variation in what intermediate liters can get away with when missing workouts, so you can feel free to experiment, but a generally safe option is to, for the lift in question, step backward and start up again with the last week of training you did complete.
