This is ridiculous, if not a troll. You need to start eating 5000 calories/225 grams of protein a day, and restart your novice progression. Somebody else talk to this guy.
I have been training consistently for the past 2 years (Since February 2021)
I did my NLP and then moved on to TM style programming
My current numbers are:
Squat 330x1 lbs
Deadlift 340x1 lbs
Bench 200x1 lbs
Press 140x1 lbs
Chin ups BW + 66 lbs for 3x3
I'm 22 years old, 5ft8 and my BW is 141 lbs (Started at around 115-120)
I play Volleyball 2-3 times a week and I'm also a pretty explosive guy
I'm wondering which program would be best for me at this level of training advancement
Should I try running out TM again with these current numbers as new baselines or would moving on to advanced type programming like the Pyramid Model or 5/3/1 be better?
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

I am not trying to troll or anything
I can add videos of the lifts.
I realize that not gaining extra bodyweight is artificially limiting weight on the bar, I was just wondering what's the best way to progress as things are right now.
190 lbs
Definitely 5/3/1

Press Video: 61 kg Press - YouTube
BW Scale Video : BW Check - YouTube
I don't take a video of every lift I do but I think this is enough proof that I'm not trolling or something like that
Once again I'll appreciate future programming advice and an explanation why even more
Pretty strong guy. Carry on.
Why don't you keep doing what got you this far? It's working, why change it?
