    Hello from New Hampshire!

Posting stats and programming here, hoping for feedback and advice.

I've been doing SS for 2 years, training (remotely) under a buddy who is working on his SS certification and is employed at a SS gym.

    Stats

    Age: 28
    Height: 6 ft
    Weight: 275
Bodyfat: 33-35% (at guess, comparing myself to pictures.)

    Lifts (1RM)

    Press: 215
Bench: 300-315 (haven't been training super heavy on the bench recently)
    Squat: 455
Deadlift: 455 (suffered a regression here: trained HDLs and Rack Pulls for a bit after stalling/regressing around 455.)

    This week's training:

    Mon: Press 200x1x6
    Tues: Squat - 360x5x3, DL - 415x5
    Wed: Bench - 225x5x3, Pin Press - 220x5
    Thurs: DL, 420x5, Press - 185x5x5
    Fri: Bench - 245x5x3, Squat - 450x1, 360x3x3

I do some barbell curls if I have time on Saturdays. I'm also hoping to start doing some lying triceps extensions once I get an EZ curl bar.

I eat plenty, trying to get a good amount of meat in. I have 3 small kids, so sleeping is sometimes an issue. I also travel for work regularly. I don't miss workouts.

Obviously my DL is lower than my squat, which is a problem. I've gone recently to 2 DL workouts per week, trying to get back up to 455 for reps, maybe getting closer to 500. Now that my squat is up, there's every chance that I should get that PR.

My press has been stalled for the past few months at about 215. I've been training each Monday trying to get at least one single at that number, with no results. I recently backed off to singles at 200, to try and re-approach. 225 would be great, but it doesn't seem to be happening. Last time I managed 2 singles at 215, I blacked out at the top of the 2nd rep and dropped the bar.

I like SS and I like sticking with things I start. That being said, once I get my DL up to the Sticker Club number, I want to change my programming so that I have more time spend with my family, can do more writing and reading, and so on.

    Questions:

    1) What programs out there fit my needs if any? Powerbuilding?
    2) Am I training too much?
    3) Why is my press stalled out?
    4) Should I just stick with what I'm doing?
    5) Am I doing something wrong that I should be fixing?
