Restarting NLP after a break
I’m 62 and have been doing the NLP since mid-September without missing a session until the last couple of weeks due to travel and family health issues. Not due to injury. What is a general rule-of-thumb for restarting after breaks? I assume missing one session means nothing and I would just pick up where I left off. When is a break log enough to result in detraining, especially for an old guy?

Back up about 3 workouts and start with those numbers.
