Bench press, missed rep
Hey guys. Was benching equal to my PR today, 285. On my first set, my right hamstring cramped before starting down for my 5th rep. I straightened the leg, put the foot back down and started down, then my hip cramped. Like a fucking pussy, I racked it, but I definitely had another one in me. The question: can I count that? The next 2 sets were no problem.
